                   	     ORDINANCE NO. 10372
                  
                  
                   AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING SEWER
                   EASEMENTS LOCATED ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
                   IGOU CROSSING SUBDIVISION, MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned sewer easements located on property located in the 
Igou
         Crossing Subdivision, Tennessee, more particularly described
         herein, and as shown on plat attached hereto and made a part
         hereof by reference:
               
                A 20 foot sanitary sewer easement on Lots 5, 6, 7
                and 8 (ROHC Plat Book 55, Page 156) as shown on
                plat of Igou Crossing Subdivision.
               
               
              	   SECTION 2.    BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this
         Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its 
passage
         as provided by law.
